What payment methods do you accept, and is my payment information secure?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We’re also working to add Klarna and Afterpay, so you can gear up now and pay later.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us ASAP with your order details. We’ll try our best to catch it before it ships. Once it’s on its way, we can’t stop it — but we’ll still help you with a return or exchange once it arrives. Timing is everything!

What are your shipping rates? Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All U.S. orders over $100 ship free. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. No surprises — just speedy delivery.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship out within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes another 2–5 business days for U.S. orders. Keep an eye on your email for tracking info as soon as it ships.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use trusted carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and package size. Your order will always include a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the U.S. only. But international GrindHouse fam, stay tuned — global shipping is on the roadmap!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you’re not feeling your purchase, you can return it within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Clearance/final sale items are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Just email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions. No complicated forms or fuss — we keep it simple.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you’re returning because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you cover the return shipping. If it’s our mistake (like a wrong or damaged item), we cover all return costs. Fair’s fair.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 calendar days. The refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to reflect it.

What if I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged?

Oops — our bad. Email us right away with your order info and a photo if possible. We’ll fix it fast and cover all costs to send the correct item or issue a refund.

Do you offer exchanges for different sizes or colors?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you out — as long as your item is unused and we have the size you want in stock.
